These terms govern your use of the Omega Engineering Tools platform, product catalogue, and procurement services. By placing an order or creating an account you accept these terms. Last updated 27 June 2026.
Omega Engineering And Tools (GSTIN: 07BIQPS8643N1Z5) is a registered business operating from Building No. 88-A, Main Road BLK-H, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015, India. We are an authorised distributor of RIDGID industrial tools, pipe working equipment, drain cleaning machines, and precision hand tools, supplying contractors, infrastructure companies, and industrial businesses across India.
All orders placed on our platform are subject to acceptance by Omega Engineering Tools. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written order confirmation or tax invoice. We reserve the right to decline orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incomplete information. Bulk and enterprise orders may require a signed Purchase Order (PO) before fulfilment begins.
All prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be added at checkout based on the HSN code of each product. GST invoices (as required under the CGST Act, 2017) will be issued for every transaction. We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors prior to dispatch.
Online orders are payable in full at the time of order confirmation. Enterprise and contract customers with approved credit limits may receive NET-30 or NET-60 payment terms as set out in their individual credit agreement. Overdue amounts will attract interest at 18% per annum as permitted under the MSMED Act, 2006.
We dispatch from our warehouse in New Delhi. Standard delivery timelines are 48–72 hours for metro cities and 5–7 working days for other locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner schedules, public holidays, or force majeure events. Risk and title in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Unused items in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 10% applies. Products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. All RIDGID tools are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted through us and will be processed per RIDGID's warranty policy.
To the extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Omega Engineering Tools' total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the invoice value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by mutual discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
